Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT®)
What is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, or QHHT, was developed by Dolores Cannon. Unique in many ways, my favorite aspect of this hypnosis technique is that it is designed to yield significant clarity and healing in just one session. No follow-up sessions are required.
QHHT is designed to make the whole process easy, peaceful, and relaxing. Most clients maintain awareness during their session and feel refreshed and renewed following the session. QHHT Practitioners are trained and certified through courses developed by Dolores Cannon. My profile on the QHHT Official website confirms my completion of the initial certification course.
Due to the time requirement (~5 hours) and other logistics for QHHT sessions, I do not have dedicated appointment times for QHHT sessions. If you are interested in a session, contact me to set up a date/time. As of right now, I primarily conduct QHHT sessions on Saturdays/Sundays. Typical wait time for an appointment will be about 4-6 weeks.
What to expect in a QHHT session
QHHT sessions are offered in-person only. (This is a requirement for all QHHT practitioners. If you prefer online sessions, please consider my BQH sessions.) A QHHT session contains three main components:
Interview: The QHHT practitioner and client discuss the client's life, questions, and goals for the session. ~2 hours
Past-Life Regression / Subconscious: The practitioner conducts the past-life regression and then asks the client's pre-prepared questions to the client's subconscious. ~ 2 hours
Debrief/Integration: The practitioner and client discuss any major milestones of the session and address any questions about the session. ~ 1 hour
QHHT sessions can last anywhere between 4 and 5 hours. For this reason, I don't do more than one QHHT session per day. Please don't feel rushed during your session -- you have all the time you need to tell me about yourself and get your questions answered.
How to Prepare for a QHHT Session
The week of your session:
Think of the questions you want to ask and any health issues you want to address. Jot them down as you think of them and organize them the night before (or the morning of) your session.
On the day of your session:
Take any prescription medicines as usual. Avoid recreational drugs (including cannabis) and alcohol before your session. Limit caffeine if you're sensitive to it.
Bring your list of questions and health concerns (limit the combined total of health issues/questions to 20). Please write these out on paper ahead of time.
After your session:
We'll debrief right after your session. Have some water, it will help ground you.
Get something to eat. You'll be hungry after your session, and wholesome, nutritious food will help ground you.
Stay hydrated.
Get a good night's sleep. Healing and integration will continue over the next several nights.
Listen to the recording of your session a few times over the next several weeks. The induction will not be recorded (so you shouldn't feel re-hypnotized). Still, it is a good idea to avoid listening to the recording while driving.
